“Risotto"Universo”

Ingredients for 6 servings:

450 grams of rice Carnaroli, 250 grams of shrimps, 700 grams of mussels, 300 grams of small calamary, 1 tablespoon curry, butter, grated parmesan cheese, minced parsley

Cook the rice in hot water with 80 grams of butter. Add the calamari finely minced, the shelled shrimps and the shelled mussels. Blend all together with a wooden spoon, add some curry. When the rice is cooked, add 4 tablespoons grated cheese, 20 grams of butter and minced parsley. Before serving, combine all the ingredients.

Risotto“Universo”

Ingredienti per 6 persone: 450 gr di riso Carnaroli, 250 gr di gamberetti, 700 gr di cozze, 300 gr di calamaretti, un cucchiaio di curry, burro, parmigiano grattugiato, prezzemolo tritato

Si metta a cuocere il riso in un litro d’acqua e 80 gr di burro, a metà cottura si uniscano i calamari tritati finemente, i gamberetti sgusciati e le cozze private del guscio. Si rimesti col cucchiaio di legno, si unisca il curry in polvere e, cotto che sia il riso, si uniscano 4 cucchiai di parmigiano,20 gr di burro e prezzemolo tritati finemente, si mescolino bene gli ingredienti prima di portare in tavola.
